We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. Products can be exchanged if only there is a manufacturing fault.
kindly inform us via contac us page / email - firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery and returned the products to us within 14 days of delivery date. We reserve the right to replace with a new item of the same original order.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together.
Products sold are non-refundable
All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable. We regret to inform that products sold online are not exchangeable at stores at the moment.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be exchangeable. We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your product for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order, please report to customer service on the day of delivery and we will be happy to assist.
Lavigato MALAYSIA reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
