- Due to the hygiene and safety reasons of natural based of the products, all goods sold are not refundable and returnable.
- If the packaging arrives with broken or incorrect items, we are here to assist you.
- We will do a further investigation on the returned item(s).
- We will refund you with store credit which you may use for your next purchase.

The store credit will include the total amount of refunded item(s) and shipping fees, if applicable.
Shipping fees will only be waived for orders in Malaysia and Singapore.
You are required to return the damaged/defective/incorrect item(s) and we will guide you with the return instruction.
